ART centre stage at Charter Dinner

ART is centre stage at our Charter dinner which aims to raise funds for local good causes while ensuring our members and their friends have a great night. Still one of the youngest Rotary Clubs in the UK and in District 1040, Yorkshire, we’re celebrating our 15th anniversary and making it a party with a difference. Guests will enjoy pre dinner drinks in a lounge decorated with works of art by local artists, while watching dancers from Yorkshire Dance. Our dinner at the Park Plaza, where we hold our weekly breakfast meeting will be followed by entertainment by Bradford pharmacist turned award winning crime author, AA Dhand. Artists Dan Evans and David Price are also pledging to donate a per cent of all proceeds from commissions on the night to our chosen charities, which include AIM Education. You can view their work here or visit www.portraitdan.co.uk www.facebook.com/portraitdan or contact David Price: www.davidbartonprice.com.

If you would like to find out more about how you can make a difference and have fun then get in touch via twitter @RotaryLeedsWR or join us for breakfast 7.00AM Wednesday morning at the Park Plaza Hotel, Leeds.
